I would suggest using the M3 factory tire pressures as a starting point.
My M3 manual calls for the following
|| Light Load || Heavy Load |
Tire Size || F | R || F | R |
235/40 ZR 17 || 33 | 36 || 36 | 41 |
215/45 R 17 M+S || 35 | 39 || 39 | 44 |
so I think F33/R36 would be a good starting point for you.
