Your E36 M3 is designed that way! BMW made the car to sit level when a
driver of average weight is in the seat. This is a track-ready car,
remember.
If you are going to put all-season tires on the car, I'd suggest
Bridgestone 940's. They grip fairly well in the dry - but they still
will not get you thru deeper (over 1") snow! You will compromise the
dry handling of the car somewhat with all-seasons. Better solution is
to mount a proper, inexpensive dry tire like the Yoke AVS Intermediate
and get a spare set of wheels for Pirelli Winter 210 tires when it gets
cruddy outside.
