Subject: 95 M3 Luxory
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Got my 95 M3 Luxory for my 50th birthday. Kind of early, actually, but took it off the lot from Wichita, KS. Red, keyless entry, 6-cd remote, sunroof, and the rest of the goodies in the lux package. Won't bore anyone with my previous cars, but it is extensive, including several Porsches in my garage currently ('72 911T, '90 944 S2 Cabriolet). This M3 is the best car I have every had. In just over two years I've put 50,xxx miles on it. Four trips to Heartland Park Race Track, Topeka, KS for "Driver's Schools", which myself, my wife, and an 18 year old son used. The only thing substantial that has ever happened to it was the differential went out at about 49K miles. Don't know why, the differential fluid was changed before every drivers school, plus at the 30K maintenance. Car was spun out (agriculture driving) at the track one time, which I don't believe caused the diffy to go out. Entire differential was replaced under warranty. This is the only BMW I have ever owned, and I intend to drive this until it turns back into sand. I change oil every 2,500 or so miles. On drivers school, I'll change it before and after the weekend. Everything works as smooth as silk, including stereo system (250 watt amp, 10-speaker sounds so good), and I put an M-Wing on it which makes the looks of it nicer than without it, in my opinion. On the track, Porsches don't fair too well after about 10 laps with this M3. I include my cars in that bunch! I'm a picky person who can find fault in almost anything (ask my kids!), but this M3 is one very hard car to find fault in.
