Its a pre-formed replacement kick panel with angled speaker housing. Color matched to your cars interior, and holds up to a 6 1/8 woofer and up to a 2 1/2 tweeter. I havent purchased this product, and dont have any intent at this time. I Dont know anything else about the company/product, other than what I saw on their website_at_www.airesearch.com Just an FYI for those who may be interested.
