Won't work with that late of a radio, however the BMW unit will work with most all E34 from '90-95 and will work fine for the '95 M3. If the M3 is about 9/95 production or later it may need the power cable adapter kit which hooks to the battery as these were actually wired for the I-bus unit since the '96 model 328s were in production already. No big deal. BmerBoy and others have been selling the units for $330 without the need for adapters. Either the BMW/Alpine or BMW/Pioneer will work but the Alpine fits the E36 better IMHO. Don't like used CD changers or questionable origin? BMW Store (Roundel Advertiser) sells them new for only $389! Why do the aftermarket two-step at that price?
