Upgrades on a budget for E36 325i:

  1. Buy Jim C chip instead of Dinan ... $125
  2. K&N airfilter $30 - $50 or get an open element if you like the noise
  3. E36 M3 exhaust - $250 aprox, stainless steel, lasts forever

(not sure if this M3 coupe exhaust will fit the 4dr...)

  4. factory X brace for front end - $150
  5. E36 M3 takeoff wheels & tires - $1200 aprox
  6. E36 M3 takeoff sway bars - $200 aprox

Dale,

The '95 M3 coupe exhaust fits the '95 325i sedan perfectly. Bolts right up. I have such a unit on our '95 325i right now. Along with the Conforti chip & K&N element, it makes for a very nice performance improvement. Be sure to get the "SMFLR" version or Jim's latest to be able to extract the most from the K&N and the M3 exhaust.

Regards,

Mike
