When we picked up our M3 in Munich, the first two items we bought for the car at the Niederlassung (factory dealership) were:

72 60 9 413 436                         Anbauteile (mounting bracket), and
72 60 9 413 378                 Feuerloesche (fire extinguisher, the larger size)

The next thing we purchased, were sun visors, without all the warning stickers, either on the front or the back. This was a little harder, as my German vocabulary did not include the word for sun visors, and no one at the dealership could figure out why we wanted them, since all the cars come with them!

I suspect that BMW NA will not furnish you with any of these items. (I am quite certain you will not get the sun visors). For the fire extinguisher, I would try Bekkers Import.
