1995 M3 LTW (sold, look for it in the Windy City)

  • Only 1,400 miles on this pristine baby. (I had listed 2000 miles earlier, but I was incorrect)
  • Never raced or tracked, always garaged, never driven in rain or snow.
  • Located in South Dakota.
  • XBrace, strut brace, tall rear spoiler installed
  • Dual pickup oil pan NOT installed but is included in the sale
  • This car is perfect, still smells new.

LTW information:

  • limited production of 125
  • aluminum doors
  • approx 200 lbs weight savings over normal base M3
  • "specially selected" stock engines
  • special motorsports parts in the trunk:
    • oil pan - comes with the car, never installed
    • lower cross brace - installed
    • front stress bar - installed
    • special adjustable height wing - installed
  • carbon fiber dash trim
  • front seats are 325i sport seats in special cloth fabric
  • checkered flag decal
  • increased rear axle ratio to 3.23
  • dry weight 2940 lbs.
  • max load weight 4225 lbs
  • M3 LTW, aka M3 CSL
  • sticker price $48,470 (or was it $47,500)
  • passenger side strut tower has an id sticker from BMW Individual with the serial number on it.

  • suspension differences from stock '95 M3:
    • springs are slightly shorter and stiffer
    • shocks/struts/swaybars, are the same

  • lighter/stronger forged aluminum 5-spoke Motorsport wheels
  • BMW claims 13.9 sec 1/4 mile vs 14.5 sec for standard M3
  • many parts used from the Euro M3 Coupe (aluminum doors/springs/...)
