Not Exactly..

That would be for the THREE series (ala 325i)

For your FIVE series...

91 got the M50 motor.. and the VaNoS (note the way I wrote it!) M50tu motor in 1992... the 5'er got the updated technology about a year ahead of the 3'er

Easiest way to tell...

Look at the front of the motor, at top of valve cover.. if it is VERY flat across the front, M50.. if it has a BUMP on the driver's side.. M50tu..
