As far as I know, your car is not entirely prewired for an OBC, however, adding the missing connector and wires is not too difficult. Being on friendly terms with your dealer is a great help since you need some contacts and connector parts in one of their repair kits and you need to use their DIS computer to do some "coding." You will swap your present outside temp display for an OBC, change the turn stalk if you want to control the OBC that way, add half a dozen wires, move two existing wires, then code the OBC. If you are reasonably skillful rewiring cars (I would not try this if you are not), the work should be equivalent to an easy weekend project.

Drop me an e-mail if you would like to know the details.
