Know sumpin' kinda interesting? Pat D. of da GEEZZEEeee and I were at the
OG Racing Trailer _at_ Summit digging through the PF Brake Pads vs. Hawks,
etc. with Bill Love and discovered that:
The E34 M5 and the E36 M3 use THE SAME BRAKE PAD! Oh-mai-gawd, how could M
Gruppe do something so dastardly as to equip the run-of-the-mill,
off-the-production-line, mass-produced ///M3 with the same pad format as
the meticuously-hand-assembled, limited-edition E34 M5????!!! The HORRORS!
Anyways, if you E34 M5 pilots run outta brakes at the track one day - you
can always amble over to the bottom-dwelling E36 M3 gang and ask to borrow
a set of pads!
Of course, I was revelling in glee - for now Pat and I have the same brakes
but he has another 500 lb. to haul down at da track <big stupik grin>.

P.S. Got an E-mail from Rodd Sidney offering a new product for track
junkie E36's which sounds pretty good. Would you EVER have expected Rodd
to do anything in a non-spamming, carnival-barking manner??? I'm
impressed! Maybe ole dawgs DO learn new tricks. Go Rodd !
