I can't speak for all the tuners out there, but i'm extremely happy with the dinan suspension kit on my 92 525iT. It really transformed the car, yet it still rides very well, really no harsher than stock, probably smoother than an M5 setup. I went with the koni adjustable struts, which can be tightened up at the track if you wish. After just completing the sears point school, I'll always start my mods with a suspension kit. it makes the car so much more drivable.
