Have an 89 325i since new:

Replaced tires at 60K
Replaced maintainance computer card at about 65 K (under extended warr)
Replaced passanger side window motor at 25K under warr. I think the motor had a bad commutator segment and the dealers mech did not understand how DC motors worked....so he kept turning the motor slightly and it would work until it stopped on the bad segment again. Took 3 tries to convince them to reploace it.
Car now has 77K and needs:

1. new brakes,
2. muffler,
3. Has small leaks on the oil pan gasket, shift shaft seal and rear axle seals.
