Try ordering part #01.47.9.750.747. But the manual is of no help. BMW in
their infinite wisdom left even fuse info out of the E30 owners books.
Most of the normal relays use the same unit. You can look in the fuse box
at relay locations K1-K8. Beep your horn while touching the relays to
determine which is the horn relay. Then swap it out with the others until
the horn 'don't no more. Your probable problems are a stuck unloader relay
(K5 maybe but don't quote me as I don't have a manual or an E30) which
diverts power on cranking, assuming you've checked the circuit breaker
switch either on the center console or above the radio (year dependent).
Or my method, just smack the relays with any large tool in your tool box.
