George,

  1. remove either center horn button or roundel, it just pryes out
  2. 22mm deepwell socket, remove nut holding wheel on
  3. note order of washers under nut
  4. remove wheel

note: if you have an airbag, it must be removed before starting this procedure

  1. remove 2 phillips screws from the top front of the column

    holding the lower trim on

  2. remove 2 phillips screws from bottom rear of column holding

    the lower trim on

  3. it should now drop into your hands
