Missed the original thread but, if you are asking how to remove the glue
after removing the film, Simple Green removes the glue. Follow that up
with a 1:3 mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol (which I use clean my
windows all the time). You'll be amazed at how easy the glue comes off.
If you are asking how to clean the film without it turning purple, do NOT
use amonia based cleaners. Again, the water/alcohol mixture works well.
You can even mix it at a 1/3rd, 2/3rds mixture.
