The emblems for your car are available as as assembly with the mounting piece attached which just snaps into your BBS hubcap, or a cheaper alternative, as emblems only, to glue in place yourself. After removing the old ones from the black mounting piece by snapping the center out of your hubcap, peel off the old emblem, clean off the glue (sandpaper or putty knife works best) then with silicone caulk type (RTV) adhesive, make a spiral pattern on the back of the new emblem, press it on, twist it around a bit to spread it, let it sit overnite and snap the assembly back on in the morning. Emblems are available at your BMW dealer for a couple of bucks. Most BMW aftermarket suppliers I've seen charge at least as much as the dealers, in most cases more, because it's one item you can't buy from anyone but BMW.
