Go to a dealer, the can pull the radio, to get the serial number, and use their computer to lookup the proper code. Also, the radio has a mode it goes into "lockout" when someone tries entering several wrong codes. To get out of lockout state, you have to leave power supplied to the battery for 1 hour, then reenter the correct code.
