Umm Keith.. they test emissions right here in Utah ;)

The KEY to passing emissions with ANY BMW is to make sure the cats are HOT when testing... you need to rev the car up to about 3000rpm and hold for 1 min every 3 min while waiting to keep the cats hot..

I dunno how it is in CA, but here in UT, the emissions places ALWAYS seem to have a waiting line..

When the cats are hot, it will pass a sniff test like a stock chip!

When cold.. even a STOCK chip fails horribly..

Of course, these chips ARE for OFF ROAD USE ONLY...
