Andrej,
The following are some old postings from JimC regarding the fuel quality
switch for an E30 M3.
I am not sure if these are applicable for the 1983 533i.

Subject: Pinging due to fuel quality on E30 M3
Here's the answer..
It's called the FUEL QUALITY SWITCH or FQS
Located inside the DME.. it was designed for this VERY situation... hence
the name..
An 8 position switch (0-7), it comes from factory in position #0..
I'd suggest trying #1, #4, and then #5 in that order..
First adds fuel, next is 3.1 spark retard but no fuel and the last is fuel
PLUS spark retard...
