Date: Sun, 14 Feb 1999 14:40:08 EST Just read an article in a German Newspaper. BMW is the first Auto manufacturer to switch to environment safer painting i.e. Powder coating. All new BMW's from the Dingolfing plant will be powder coated in three stages: filler, main and clear coat.
