The correct release bearing for the M3 & M5/M6 is 21512226729. I would strongly recommend that folks purchasing this kit (probably the M3 kit as well) pick up the correct bearing from BMW. The BMW bearing, besides being 1/8" shorter, appears to be a more substantial piece. Price differential is about $10.00 .
