Subject: Stop Brake Fluid oozing while you change lines...

I've seen that a lot of you folks are changing brake lines. A trick from a Haynes manual for my MG is to remove the vented brake fluid cap and stretch some vinyl food wrap over the top and screw the cap back on. This doesn't allow air in so only a small amount of fluid runs out.

Don't forget to bleed those new lines very completely -- you don't want a couple of big air bubbles to undo all that good work.
