Its kinda possible to flush the system but won't happen in one try. BMW doesn't even have a procedure to flush the system.. only bleed it.

Anyhow, I can't remember off the top of my head if the power steering pump has a drain bolt on it. However, if you haven't had your power steering hoses replaced yet, now is a good time and with those remove, most of the ATF will pour out.

So say you bought the 2 hoses, clamps, 1qt ATF etc. and replaced them with the ATF drained. The front wheels must be off the ground, add ATF to the top, with engine off, turn steering wheel all the way to the right till it locks and do the same thing turning left till it locks 3x. Check and add ATF. Now with engine running, turn the steering wheel the same way till it locks. Check and add ATF if necessary. Clean up mess and test drive.
