The flasher unit is either behind the dashboard or behind the drivers side kick panel. both are easy to remove with a screwdriver. Steering wheel does not have to come off. Call your local dealer, ask the parts guy for a price, part number so you pull the correct one, etc...He should be able to tell you the location too. Compare his price to a discount store. If they are close buy it from him. Building a relationship with helpful parts people is a good thing.
