It's Feb 1 and I'm really getting the itch to drive my e30 again. She's been sitting in the garage for months and it's driving me crazy! I was able to take the car out once in January when it was warmer and there was no salt on the roads.
Who else is in withdrawal? Let's start a support group _________________ -Peter-

if i go too long w/out driving the cabrio, i think of selling it.
then, i go for a drive.
then i smile for about 6 hours after the drive
then i park it till the weekend
during the rainy / snow seasons, i just take out the ole yota and use that as my daily, and lately the cabrio has been sitting under a cover (sadly) only get to drive it every couple weeks... then when i do, i get a little paranoid about where im going to park it, as i see way too much idiodic stuff going on the local roads. _________________ .......... |

I feel the same way. I may be older than most on this forum, 58, but that first day when I go get my 1986 BMW 325es from the storage barn (and it always fires up on the first try!) is the beginning of a great summer. I do find myself driving way too fast, of course, and have to back it off.
Although Michigan winters are becoming a PITA, I'd probably start taking it for granted if I could actually drive it year round. It's like that "new car feeling" every spring. _________________ Craig
