Ben at Chromeline Design sells top quality ccfl (cold cathode) rings in either thin E39 look or slightly thicker and brighter ring. They fit in your existing headlights and he can supply new glass fronts if reqd. They are about £100 for the set but totally superior than the cheap rubbish on ebay.
