I have a 1997 2.8l z3 roadster that the check engine light came on so I bought a Peake rc5 code reader to read out the codes and got code 11 and code 41 neither code brakes in the peake manual that came with the tool. does anyone know what these codes mean? engine is m52 Im sure there is a problem because I can clear the codes but the light comes back at next engine start. any help would be appreciated

You probably have found out already, but I looked up your codes in the Z3 service manual and it looks like 11 is the Engine coolant Temperature sensor radiator outlet either low or high input, the code 41 is the Mass or volume air flow circuit either high or low input. This assumes that I matched the codes correctly but they came up several times and were always the same. Hope it helps if you haven't already fixed the problem
Cheers,
