Just wondering if anyone had any experience with H&R springs. I understand that they lower the car about an inch and a half. - Can you feel the difference? What about speed bumps?

Yes you can feel the difference. You should install sport shocks also, and the ride will be much stiffer.
Try to test drive someone else's car with this setup before investing in it yourself.
