HELP anybody!

Went to go to the store last night - car (2001 Z3 3.0) started right up, ran for 10 seconds then quit. Will crank but no hint of starting. Car is a bit overdue for an oil change but otherwise has been running just fine until this.

Any ideas anybody? I've got a good shop I work with but would rather not have to pay the tow truck dudes to manhandle my baby.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
