Well, the dealer tells me that the clips are not available from them OR from BMW as a stand alone part, I have to buy a whole windscreen. That is absolutely ridiculous; what if one were to break or lose a clip? Do any of you know if that is bogus or not? If indeed one cannot get them from the dealer or BMW, does anyone have another source, other than searching worlwide through salvage and yard sales? Thanks.

I am in the Los Angeles, California area. Thanks for the tip; I'll try them...if I can find them. I assume they are in Florida?

L.A. area. I got in touch with zionsville and they said they don't have the part but to send them a pic of what I need, they'll look up the part # and price and let me know so I can ask the dealer to order it. I sent a pic but have not heard anything more yet. Thanks again for your help.

i found 2 more sources in my file. these are the sites:
www.autohausaz.com (located in arizona)
www.bavauto.com (800-535-2002) Bavarian Autosport, very good site. I have bought items from them and have always gotten good service. They are very helpful, technically on the telephone also.
