Is there an easy way to pull computer codes from a 94 740il. I am very adapt at pulling codes from GM, Ford, chrysler, and all OBD II cars. DO i have to have special tools? my check engine light comes on during warm up but will go out after it reaches normal operating temp most of the time. I feel it is a coolant temp sensor but hate to buy and try. Would like to pi point the problem before purchasing parts. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
