Hi guys, Iīm a newbie in this forum and wanna thank you for the terrific info you have here.
Recentely I bought a 1985 316 carburated 1766cc, I think you donīt have this model in the states.
I buy a sparco stering wheel, a couple or sparco revīs seats, and start to stripping the interior.
Dale talks about suspension:
"For racing on the cheap, get H&R racing springs, and use the Bilstein Sport shocks. This is the SpecE30 formula, and it's pretty good."
What are the P/N of this springs and shocks?
How much this springs lower the car? My car seems too high now, here I can buy a Selex (local competition brand) springs to lower 4cm or 6 cm Is this too much?
The Dale car height seems good for me, Which is the lowering distance for it?
Where I can buy the H/R and the bilsteins thru the internet?
Thank you very much for your responses.
Sincerely, Ben Medina. |

The H&R springs are part # 50404-88.
The Bilstein sport struts are # p36-0335 or p30-0334.
The Bilstein sport shocks are # b36-2027.
