| my 535i keeps losing water,i had the head facewelded & head gasket changed no more than 6 months ago at the cost of £998,it all started when the engine started to get hot &heaters would go cold,i would stop &check the water & top it up,all would be ok for a few days & the water would go again?I took it down to a recommemed garage & they said it was a head gasket problem by the slight cream that was on the filler cap.They did the work & it is still the same,ive been back more than 18 times,they still cant find the leak or fix it.I went down to a indepedant bmw garage in hayes called p&r,to see if they could help,they were not bothered or didnt have a clue,these people were tranined at bmw i think? can anyone help,or does any one know of a inderpendant trained bmw garage in nere heathrow west london uk that might still work on an old car & be bothered to help? |
