I'm thinking of buying a 2001 740IL, but don't know much about that model and year. Is this a good year..I've heard the 2002 has had some poor reviews. Anyone with insight.

4/04 issue of Consumer Reports gives the '01 MY average marks for reliability, and the '02 and '03 below-average.
