My friend owns a 93 740il and we cannot figure out where the antenna is the is not external one. does anyone know where it is located

I think it will be in the glass on your car. The vertical lines on the back glass.

I also think there is a junction in the driver's side C-pillar interior panel that looks like a coax cable for the connection.

Not 100% sure, but that's what I recall.
