Anyone having unusual service issues? I've had software replaced twice, starter coil & plugs, interior trim problem, and am headed back in tomorrow for second starter/rough engine/emission problem: ("accelerate slowly or catalytic damage may result.")

What gives? I thought BMW engineering was tops.
