i read that the 850 5.6L v12 is a dohc engine but then ive also seen it as a sohc...which is it?

Check www.e31.net There is loads of information about the 8 series there. It says that the 850CSi has only 24 valves, which does point towards a sohc engine (2 valves per cylinder)
