This morning the blower motor stopped working except when you turn the manual control switch all the way on. I took the control head apart tonight to see if the printed circuit board was burned and it was not. During the course of reassembly the unit started working ok what gives?? If you have had a similar problem and figured out what it was please post the answer. Thanks
Also does anyone know how to stop the hard starting problem on the 735i after car has been run for a while shut off and sits for a short time try to restart and eng just cranks and cranks but wont start sometimes the problem gets better if you touch the gas pedal while cranking Thanks for any input

Hi Tom!
Mine does the same, ie no blower function unless switched on full.
How did you remove your control panel from the dash??
I want to have a look at mine to see if I can repair it. It sounds like faulty wiring if it works sometimes!
