Hi -- I purchased an M3 through a certified used program from a BMW dealer and am having engine troubles. The claim is that engine was reved too high and they claim it happened 650 hours ago. Can someone explain how the hours of an engine are calculated? Also -- can this timer be reset? They claim it was reset before I purchased the vehicle - but according to my calculations - I couldn't have put 650 hours on it. |

If it is certified then they should be responsible since they say it happened before you purchased the vehicle.
If you don't get satisfaction from the dealer. Write BMW of North America with your situation. Good Luck. |
