If you have access to under the dash, it should just twist. After that, there is a delay switch timer behind it that you will unplug. If you don't have access under the dash, try and twist the outer plastic piece. I was having trouble with the same thing, and a Seattle handyman helped me figure out that it was much simpler than I had thought. What are you trying to accomplish? |
