Hello

I think in change my oil from the brake system and i want to know wish oil i have put?????Like the make and the specifications?????the amount of oil????I have a bmw 316i e36 compact from 96',and by the way i have to change the engine oil to someone tell me a good oil,probably i will change to helix plus 10w40 its a good oil???or another oil????
