Yep, they did it.

The "fed" lowered the prime, and the "public" gets pocket money.
Wonder what kinds of "creative financing" will come up next?

"Well, gee, we made some shaky real estate loans, and foreclosures are through the roof. Sorry about that. Need a credit card? HELOC loan? Sure, just sign here."

Whatever happened to usury regulations?

Those that have the gold make the rules, so it seems.
