everything seems to work with the controls but the air just won't get warm. is this simple to fix?

Does the car come up to operating temp with the needle in the middle of guage quickly?
If not probably thermostate. What is the outsde air temperature?

not sure about the needle but i'll check. outside temperature is around 3 deg cel. the heater only blows in the same temperature as outside no matter what temperature i set on the climate control
