Took the dogs for a drive two days ago and noticed a local news crew doing a feed from a neighbors house...didn't think much of it...they do live feeds if a tree falls.

Come to find out, we have a new neighbor;

The neighbors I talked with say he hasn't stepped outside the house yet...and as much as I respect the fact that he isn't a convicted sex offender...he WANTED TO BE A CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER!

It would appear that Mr. Karr has left the state. After being swamped with letters and phone calls, and having his house pelted with beer bottles, eggs, and some other "material" that will go un-named, John Mark Karr has moved to Alabama.

Wexford Karr (his dad) didn't understand what all the fuss was about. He said things like, "he's a good boy" and "he's never hurt anyone".

I'm glad he moved, he was 1/2 mile away. But I don't think just moving is the solution. I think John needs to be in a place where he can be supervised

My read of Karr is an absolutely harmless whimp. I don't know what is all the fuss about. The media whips it all up for nothing.

yeah, don, I'm sure he's harmless...

...but he's lost two teaching jobs due to "inappropriate contact" with minors.

and lets not forget the fact that HE WANTED TO BE CONVICTED OF KILLING A LITTLE GIRL.

aside from the kiddie porn, the confession and the inappropriate contact, I'm sure you're right, Don, it's just crazy media hype - them nutty liberals.

In my opinion, Karr is one heck of a smart pedophile who wanted a sex-change in Thailand.

He did his homework and found out all about the JonBenet investigation. His whole life is @ucked up and he was probably in debt up to his arse. So, what does he get if he "confesses" to an unsolved murder ?

A free, secure airplane ride home with first-class seating, excellent food, round-the-clock security guards staring right at him, and any debt he owed in Thailand would now be considered 'paid'.

Then through the magic of DNA testing - - he is found not guilty and set free. Sure he's being watched and that's what he probably loves - - being in the limelight. If denied "something" from anyone, he could just say the words that US Justice will stand behind: "I was found not guilty and am a free man. You cannot judge me because I have already been judged as free...". So, now he also has a 'shield'....

But no matter what - - he is a confessed pedophile... who hasn't been convicted in the US.

Wait... just wait...
