BMW Club Racers at Pacific Raceways this weekend, May 22-23.


Many of the BMW Club racers you read about in the May Zundfolge will be racing locally at Pacific Raceways in Kent, this weekend, May 22 and 23. This is where all those E30 getting fixed this winter will be, hopefully keeping their shinny paint clean for a little while.

This will be one of three times they will compete at Pacific Raceways this year.

Feel free to come out and enjoy a day at the track. BMW race cars will be just a portion of roughly 150 or more race cars racing in various classes during the weekend. Feel free to stroll the paddock and view the cars up close. Many of the BMW race cars will be parked together in the paddock. Be sure to come by and introduce yourself as a fellow BMW Club member. Drivers will be happy to show you how a BMW race car differs from a BMW street car. Many of the drivers you will recognize as instructors at our BMW Club high performance driving events.

A rough schedule is:

Saturday AM - Practice Sessions
Saturday Afternoon - Qualifying Sessions
Sunday AM - Qualifying Sessions
Sunday Afternoon - Races!
