I'm tired of paying high premiums. Anybody out there using "specialty or collector car" insurance? -Marvin

All of my classics are insured by Hagerty. Had claims on all but one of my classics that were damaged or destroyed during the May '03 tornado that wiped me out. I highly recommend this company!!! |

I looked at specialty insurance once. I was disqualified because the car had to be garaged in a private garage. For those of us that live in a city proper, and not a house in the 'burbs, that is usually an impossibility. |

Boardnerd is right there. The car also can NOT be used for primary transportation - they'll ask what your daily driver is and who it's insured with. |
