| hello my 97 740 il gives me a check engine light , when i 'm racing some one , ofcourse i let my rpms not hit the red , that will cut of the fuel sytem to prevent the engine from blowing up , so i keep my foot steady, around 5 thousend rpms, thats when my light starts flashing , , if no one has an answear i guess , i let my big boy and his 123k miles relax and get old |

| funny, my "service engine soon" light popped on for 2 days and then just popped off? I wasn't pushing it hard enought to call it "racing" but I wasn't coasting either??? |
