Hey everyone, a couple of months ago I was driving to work with the heater on in my E32 '88 735i. All of a sudden it stopped putting out any air. I pushed the air conditioning, no air. I put it on vent, no air. No matter what I do I can't get any air to come out of any the vents in the car, hot or cold or normal. Nothing will happen no matter what I press. A year or two ago, my BMW mechanic glued a vent door open so that I could have AC again, which would only put out heated air through my defrost vents, which I was fine with. I'm not sure if these two events are related or not, but I'd greatly appreciate anyone's diagnosis, and a possible answer to fix it. I'm selling it soon so I need the AC to work, but maybe do it cost effectively. So if possible, I'd love to fix it myself. Thanks for any input.

Sounds like your fan is broken, or maybe the resistor pack? If there is a Bentley manual for your car, get it, test the system, and replace the parts. Otherwise, pick up a Haynes manual, or whatever you can find.
