I need info for my car!! Trying to find manuals for it and I'm not sure which is best. Also, does anyone know why my car has the following problems? Rough idle, stalls from stop to go, and seems to cut out & resumes(lurches) while driving slow speeds or coasting. Thanks in advance!

Try the Bentley 1982-88 5 series manual($45-$50). The drivetrains are similar in the 5, 6, and 7 series so it will help you figure out your problems.
It could be many things, clogged fuel filter, bad spark plugs/wires, rotor or distributor cap, any of the idle control parts, bad O2 sensor air filter clogged, injectors, vacuum leak, fuel pump wearing out, catalytic converter is causing too much back pressure, etc. ...
Check the easy one,air filter, and then check the Bentley manual it has lists the help to narrow down the possibilities.
